He has advised a wide spectrum of companies on incorporations, board and shareholder processes, secretarial audits, complex corporate actions and regulatory filings under the Companies Act regime. His deep technical knowledge, coupled with a strong cost and compliance orientation, enables practical, reliable solutions that help clients build long term, robust governance and compliance systems.
Mr. Naveen K is an Independent Director and seasoned company law professional, holding both MBA and LLB degrees. Registered on the Independent Directors’ Data Bank, he brings strong governance oversight along with practical expertise in corporate law, board processes and regulatory compliance. His experience in company law practice enables him to provide independent judgement on strategy, risk and compliance, while supporting the Board in strengthening transparency, accountability and long term stakeholder value. His analytical approach, precise drafting and responsive support, he strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver practical, end to end company law solutions that management teams can confidently rely on.
Mrs. Amrutha Naveen is a Practicing Company Secretary. She has an impressive academic back ground. She holds the degree of Bachelor of Science and is a Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Her forte lies in corporate compliance management, due diligence, corporate project consulting and paralegal support and proactive advisory in the fields of corporate laws, Restructuring of Companies, XBRL documentations etc. Along with the corporate statutory and regulatory compliances she holds proficiency in intellectual property rights and allied affairs.
